(You can pick those overdue 30 Days, 60 Days, etc.) As you review this customer, you see that this invoice definitely needs attention. So, you click on the View Invoice button to see more information. Instantly, details of that invoice come into view. This makes your life so much easier. That's what Visual Bookkeeper is all about. |

Everything you need is right there on the screen. Has Dave forgotten you or is he waiting for you to call before he pays? It's obvious that he needs a call. His number is right there, so you dial him. Humphrey says he doesn't "remember getting an invoice." (We've all heard this story before.) You click the Reprint Invoice button and the original invoice comes into view as you talk to him. (All reports may be viewed without printing a paper copy.) |
